The fact that an Internet user confirms his order on the chateaucheneliege.com site (by clicking on the “confirm my order” button) implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale in their entirety.
This contract will be governed by French law.
Order taking
The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, commits him: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
Orders are only final when they have been confirmed by payment of the price by the buyer.
All our offers are within the limits of available stocks.
Delivery and reception
The wines are delivered in wooden crates or in boxes of 3.6 or 12 bottles delivered at once to the same place.
Eurl NIARFEIX Philippe undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible.
The average times are specified on each product sheet, and vary according to the country of destination chosen by the customer.
The delivery is made within the time provided by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, or in the event of absence, by notice of availability.
Any delays, except in cases of force majeure, may give rise to reimbursement at the customer’s request. War, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered as cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver.
Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing items or damage.
Faculty of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 7 days from delivery for wines to return the product, for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for return costs.
Price
The price is expressed in Euro.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation by Eurl NIARFEIX Philippe is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT at 20.0% for France. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products, and transport.
The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes (price including VAT, except typographical error) Metropolitan France (20.0% VAT) excluding transport.
Payment
Payment for products can be made by credit card. An invoice will be established by Eurl NIARFEIX Philippe and sent to the customer at his billing address.
The wines remain the property of Eurl NIARFEIX Philippe until full payment of the invoices.
Disputes
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations.
In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
Legal information
Minors: by virtue of ordinance n°59-107 of January 7, 1959 and law n°74-631 of July 5, 1974, the sale of alcohol to minors under 16 is prohibited. Anyone ordering wine on chateaucheneliege.com therefore undertakes to be 18 years old on the date of the order.
